pet policy

my landlord started to allow pets as of january 2007 and in march same yr he cancelled stating the dogs have to be removed immediately...can he do that??

Yes, quite likely he can, as long as the allowance of pets was not an item agreed to in your written lease which was understood by both parties to perdure for the term of the lease.
