Pool Maintainence
If it is wriiten in my rental argreement that the landlord will be responisble for the major pool maintenance and service. And they refuse to do it are they in breech of our agreement

Quite likely they are. It is hard to answer without getting more facts and reviewing the lease/contract. Is this a private home you are renting or are you a tenant in a multi-family apartment community? Does the landlord give a reason for not performing the repairs and maintenance?
