Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
Purchased foreclosure
We recently purchased a foreclosed prop at the court house steps and we have to get the people out of the home, we sent them a 5 day notice and they did not move we filed a rid of possession with the courts and have a court date to return when we go to court can we ask and take immediate possession of the property the same day and change the locks to keep the people from coming back into the home?
Thank you
