Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
I recieved an unlawful detainer on 10 May 2011, for non-payment of rent for April 2011. It was reversed; however, May's rent is late, can the landlord still evict tenant or lock out tenant using the unlawful detainer?

Maybe, maybe not. (However, if in fact you're all paid up for April, you
should have a chance of defeating the landlord's Warrant.)
