Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
I rent a home and the water and heat runs off of oil. I am currently 6.5 months and our furnace has broken 3 times in two weeks and the landlords have sent 2 people out who haven't fixed the issue and now I'm taking off for the third day and they keep blowing it off and tells me so done will be out when they can. Do I have grounds to break a lease? And not having heat can cause health issues with my pregnancy.

No, you do not have grounds for what the law
terms a "constructive eviction" under these facts as described
(in my opinion). In other jurisisdctions such as the one across
the Potomac, the answer might well be different but not in
the Commonwealth (again my opinion).
