rent increase for only one tenent

I have lived in this mobile park for twenty-seven years and the park changed hands last year. My rent is a little less than the other tenents because at one point there was an increase of rent for new tenents. the new owners knew this and decided to keep things as they were and not jump my rent up to where everyone elses was. But with this years lease I am the only tenent with a rent increase. Can they Legally do this.

Yes, of course, if they're the owners of the mobile home park.
