rent landfor my trailer spot

am i legally respondile for septic tank over flow in my trailer ? we rent land ,own trailer . can i have landlord fix damaged bathroom floor.

Better review your rental contract, but it would seem that if the landlord owns the land, he or she would also very likely own the septic tank, and, consequently, would likely be responsible for any damage which its defective operation may have caused to your bathroom floor.
