Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
If rent was raised but I wasn't notified of the increase can I be charged for back pay of that rent amount.?

Would seem to depend upon what your lease says in regard to this issue (if anything). And, if it says nothing, then, yes, would be my answer.
