Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
We rent in a small bungalow complex. Our neighbor has fires for hours every week in his yard about a 100 yards from us. I have COPD and this is exasperating my condition tremendously. We have talked to them and they refuse to quit having these fires. The county has stopped them fron burning their garbage but they still are burning wood they bring in. Is there anything we can do?
