rental home heating question
Is it legal to offer a single family dwelling for rent in the state of VA which has only a wood stove as a heat source?

Since this dwelling unit would appear unlikely to be covered by the VRLTA (Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act)and probably is located somewhere in the confines of rural Virginia and, consequently, also unlikely to be the subject of local ordinances or zoning regulations, I would therefore conclude that such a rental is probably quite legal (at least in the area where it is being offered).
