Send a letter to the landlord demanding a full itemization of all items

deducted from your security deposit(if such has not already been provided), and if your demand is refused or if you disagree with the accounting provided for these items, then file your case in small claims court. (You should bear in mind,

however, that merely because the landlord was a few days late

in providing this information is not likely to be a basis for

you to win your case--in my opinion).
