Renters - Not Paying

My renters are a month past due on rent - how long must I give them to vacate the property. The rent paid to me go directly to my mortgage which make my mortage late. I do not want to loose my house because of bad renters.

You should serve them immediately with the so-called 5 DAY PAY OR QUIT notice, and, if they fail to remit what is due, immediately begin eviction proceedings in your local general district court, asking for all unpaid rents and related costs as well as a writ possession for the unit.
