i have been renting a townhouse in va for past tree mouth can i legally leave an as for my deposit back do to bats n home an more ..thave four kids we are all scared to sleep in home.we have to bathrooms but one work.how do i get out with my ss deposit?

Not enough information to determine whether the conditions
to which you've alluded might amount to what's called a constructive
eviction which could allow you to vacate these premises
without the landlord's agreement and without penalty.
