My husband I are getting a divorce and he is threating to take me off the lease and change the locks. Can he do this?

Re: Retal Agreement
I assume you are talking about a normal apartment with a professional landlord. I assume you are not renting from your husband or anything unusual like that.
If you have signed a lease with the landlord, you have your own individual relationship with the landlord. You have a contract. No one can take you off the lease without your consent. Even if the lease is being renewed, your rights to renew the lease would be the same as his.
For that reason, he cannot change the locks, because you have a contracutal right to the apartment.
Re: Retal Agreement
I don't believe he could do so without your permission and the consent of the landlord or a court order.
