Return of security deposit to the tenant
My land lord has not yet returned my security deposit It is been 45 days I vacated the property.Now he says that he used the deposit for the repairs

You might send a letter noting what he said about it and when, demanding your security deposit, and asking for an accounting and documentation of the damages and repairs. If that does not work, you might file suit in General District Court and make him prove it. That he gave you no notice is suspicious. You don't just pocket a security deposit the way he did.
