Rights as tenant

Follow up to Attorney Michael

Hendrickson of Alexandria, Va. to

landlord filing bankruptcy and lease end

July 2009 and reply may stay until

lease expires, but the property now

belongs to the mortgage holder. Do I

still have the same rights?

If the mortgage holder(whoever that may be)is not now asking you to vacate the premises, I'd say it's likely that you should be able to stay through July.
