Rights as a tenant
My landlord filed bankruptcy and my
lease was due to end July 2009. What
are my rights as a tenant?

Irrespective of what kind of bankruptcy the landlord has filed(whether Chpater 7 or 13), you will likely be able to stay where you are until the lease naturally expires at the end of this July.
