WHAT RIGHTSDO i HAVE TO RENEW A COMMERCIAL LEASE IN VIRGINIA? THE LAND LORD SAID he would not renew after I have built a business here and I have done nothing wrong for him to want to break the lease

Unless you have a clause or provision in your most current lease which
effectively confers upon you such a right, you have none at
all (in my opinion).
