Roommate Trouble.
One of my roommates decided to move out on Sept 1st. She said
she would get her name off of the lease. I just talked to the
relator and he said she hasn't. Our lease is up on April 15th. Can
I take her to small claim's court for her part of the rent from
sept1 through now?

Yes, if you've been paying her share of the rent for which you haven't been reimbursed.
