i have a salon in alexandria, va..i rent stations and rooms to skincare..a skincare girl signed a lease march '10 to march '11..she is in default of her lease agreement she has been trouble ever since she came to the salon. the lease says if in default of the lease agreement after first written notice has 2 weeks to vacate..she refuses to leave within that time she says she will leave in 30 days and if i change the locks the day she is suppose to vacate she will call the cops does she have the right..thanks frustrated landlord

So, you claim that "she is in default of her lease agreement".

And, if true, exactly on what basis do you stake your claim (which is not at all clear from your question)?

And, yes, I am referring, of course, to true and verifiable evidence for such basis.
