Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
sexual harassment by landlord
My landlord stated to someone else that I wasn't being ''nice'' to him and that he intended to no longer rent to me. I am current on payment of rent; I have a month to month lease in writing. What are my rights?

Re: sexual harassment by landlord
If you mean to ask whether you have a right to bring a viable action in federal court for alleged sexual harassment attributed to your landlord, I would simply say that you do not.
