I signed a six month lease and there was an auto-renewal clause in it. I missed the 60 day notice of intent to vacate by two days and the property management group was unwilling to make an acception. i am unable to pay or stay in the rental. The lease auto-renewed for one year. What are my legal rights and obligations in under law in Norfolk, VA?
