I am single white 57 year old and totally disabled, I hired a person to protect me and do paperwork to do work in my home. she emotionally abusing me to the point gas lighting. She stays in the home. we have no agreement. she pays cash. I am very ill emotionally and physically. I also have breast cancer. She is toxic and making me emotionally and phsically

Well, why not rid yourself of this woman ASAP but if you can't do it yourself, then

bring in a relative who can (or hire someone to take care of it for you)?
