Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
My son & daughter-in-law are renting a downstairs of a house; the two boys, ages 6 & 5 are sharing the BR, plus the 2-yr old girl, who is in a separate bed and will have a "sectioned-off" privacy (curtains).
Want to know if this is legal. The lady who owns the house (tenants upstairs, too) does not know if this is legal. Thank you.
