Can i stay
My wife rented a apartment in va.She didnt put my name on the lease but she put the kids name on there.Can i stay there without us getting kicked out.I dont have no mail coming there i use a diffrent address for that.

You will likely need the landlord's permission in order to stay there as a legitimate resident (and who may wish to add your name to the lease).
