Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
took my tenant to court for non payment. she did not show at court. judge declared that she owed me $6000. but i cannot collect because she did not show, no garnish was placed against her. How can i collect? I do not know her current location

If you cannot verify a current valid address for your judgment debtor where she
can be properly served with copies of whatever paperwork you are attempting
to employ to enforce your judgment (whether it be a summons in garnishment or debtor's interrogatories), you will not be collecting anything on your judgment.
