Tenant vs Tenant
Can my husband come to live with me in a house that only me and my roomate names are on. Do I have to charge him rent?

Assuming that you're referring to a lease, it's very unlikely that you could allow any additional persons to move into the leased premises without the landlord's knowledge and approval.
However, if you mean a mortgage or deed of trust rather then a lease (in reference to the names being on), then as a practical matter it would be up to you and the other owners to decide(including the issue of what to charge him).
