Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

Clearly tenants have no rights in VA but it appears that talking to the manager helps. It helps even more when you meet with her in your apartment and she can't complete a thought for the noise over her head and jumped 3 feet in the air when the mouse ran past her feet. Not a question, just an update to my question about getting out of a lease 3 months early from a noisy, mouse-infested apartment. Get the manager in your apartment, the mice will sway her.
