UnWanted Person

I allowed my roommate to let her friend stay in my home. It was only to be for 8 days, it is now 7 months later. I have asked her to please leave my home, she keeps making excuses that she can�t find a place. She doesn�t pay rent nor is there a lease. How can I legally get her out of my house?

Call the cops and have her removed as a trespasser. How do you do it?

Hand her a written notice that that she is to be

out with all of her property by a certain date(no more than a few days) and time. And, if for whatever reason she's not, then you will call the police and have her removed as a trespasser.

Then do it, if necessary.
