Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
Virginia- tenant has filed assertion escrow for mold issue. Rent was abaited in October to tenant. November was also abaited to tenant, but the landlord filed an appeal for November. Decembers rent was also entered into escrow. Can the Landlord file a motion to prohibit January rent from being entered into escrow until an appeal is heard on November Case?

Sure, such a motion can always be filed but that in no way assures that
it will necessarily be granted by the court.
