This would likely be a matter between the employer and the employee and would not involve the landlord. The employer should be able to provide a form for this voluntary deduction. If not, the employee could probably write out a simple authorization which would authorize the employer to make the voluntary deduction from the employee's paycheck and forward it to the landlord.
