Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

I wold like to know if the landlord of the park that i live in if they can tell me what i have to do when it come to the inside of my trailer and also if they can tell me who i can have come visit me and how long they are aloud to stay?

As long as the activities inside your trailer are not illegal and your visitors are not known criminals nor excessive noisemakers, the answers to both questions should be, generally, no(they cannot).
