Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Virginia

Advice

I recently went to a Cash Advance store to get quick cash. The person helping me and I had a small dispute of the form i was told to bring in and the form I actually had with me, due to distance in driving. In summary, I left that day and returned the following with the correct form and he refused to lend to me due to prior day. I found out at that time that he was the manager of that branch. I am a licensed realator and also have a very respectful job with so you can imagine my surprise when the MANAGER was laughing at me and telling me I must really need the money bad.. and I really needed to get off the crack, etc. Please let me know if there is anything I can do legally about this harrassment because I am EXTREMELY UPSET. I explained to this person that he had no idea what my situation was so for him to address me in the manner was totally unacceptable, especially in front of people. Looking for your expert opinion.

Re: Advice

It would seem to me that your proper approach to this situation would be to write a well crafted letter of complaint to the "higher-ups" responsible for the management of this Cash Advance store, demanding an apology from this errant manager of the store involved.

And, if for some reason you don't feel competent to write such a letter yourself, then hire an attorney or someone else to do it for you.
