Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Virginia

Hi,

I bought a vehicle from a car dealership and they took a timeshare property that I own with no liens as some trade in on the vehicle I bought. I provided them with the deed to the property and now after a month they now will not talk to me about getting the deed changed over into the owner of the dealerships name with whom I made the transaction with. He is saying that he is going to give me the deed and hold me accountable for the money he took off the vehicle price for the car. I paid for the vehicle with a personal check ($15,000) and on the bill of sale it is listed that my deposit was $4000.00 recieved. I have already titled the vehicle and I had no financing on it at all. I held up my end of the deal and have paid out fully for the vehicle on the day I bought it. What are my options, I am really getting tired of getting the run around, at this point in time I currently own the vehicle free and clear and still own the timeshare.

The (real) explanation, of course, is that the dealership doesn't want your timeshare but rather your cash ($4000) instead.

Better be prepared to litigate the matter (in my opinion).
