Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Virginia
If someone calls my job and gives private information about me which results in my termination do I have a case in civil court to sue the person/people who have done it, when I can provide proof they were threatening me that they were?

Sure, you could sue, but whether you could prevail on
your claim(s) under these facts would appear far less than certain (in my opinion).
