Child in an accident

I went away and i left my child with a agency to take care of her. I also sign a wayver if any thing happen to the child i would not hold the agency responsible for it. My child had a bad accident and she was unsupervised and did not have on a helment when she feel. Can i take this to court.

Maybe, but an attorney would first need to review the waiver which you signed and the relevant facts associated with the matter.
