contingency attorney

falsely arrested by the town of vienna, found not guilty and lost the ability to see my step children. I would like to sue the town of Vienna, Va.

Can I do so on a contingency fee basis?

You'll be looking long and hard for an attorney to represent you in this kind of a case on a contingency fee basis. (Merely because you were acquitted of whatever you were charged with after trial, in no way necessarily means that

you were "falsely arrested" nor in any way proves that police authorities in the town of Vienna did not have probable cause to arrest you.
