Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Virginia

hard to prove my boss is on a Power trip

I have been at the same position for 4 years, this entire time I have worked around my direct bosses schedual so that she can take as ALL the vacation she has acrued. Last year I had an accident and now am suffering with SEVERE neck pain. I have fumbled threw the last year but have recently ( the past 5 months ) started to NOT work around her vacation. Now that she is angry and resentful at me she is hiring a replacement and I am told to train this person ''just in case'' I cant make it back to work.

I can not prove the passive agressivness and I was told point blank that Seniority means that is who will win...

Im not trying to fight for anything but my health.... What are my rights?

Very few, probably, unless you're currently working under a contract of employment which would confer, protect, and vindicate as necessary a panoply of worker's rights that otherwise you simply do not have working without such a contract in an employment at will jurisdiction such as the Commonwealth of Virginia.
