Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Virginia

lawyer misrepresentation

i am in a contested divorce two years ago i was waiting on a process called summations to be done. It was clearly written in the transcripts of my trial. my attorney and the opposing attorney ignored this process. Today i went in to prepare for my hearing before the judge and my attorney got mad at me for not having the transcripts which were suppose to be provided by the other side for the summations. do i have any legal rights that have been violated.
