If a paralegal instructs a client not to break commit a future expressed criminal act, is that technically giving the client legal advise?

Re: Legal Advise
This question appears somewhat muddled but if you mean can a paralegal give legal advice to a client of an attorney who employs the paralegal, the answer must necessarily be no, the paralegal may not dispense such advice on his or her own unless the paralegal is merely relaying the advice from the attorney to the client.
