Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Virginia

I want to know if legal representation is available to partners without them having to get married? My situation is this: Me and my finance are young, and we each live with our parents. We don't have the financial stability to be able to move out and live with each other. However, my father is very strict and religious and won't allow us to date. We have to get married if we want to continue to see each other. However, my fiances parents say that if we get married, he wont be able to live with them. And like I said, we dont have the means to move out together. And my dad says that we have to get married because he wants my safety and security, which only comes with properly getting married. To him, getting married is a precaution in case something happens between us. So, I was wondering if there are any legal services that can protect me and my fiance as partners as an alternative to getting married.

No, I am not aware of any such legal services that would be available to

you and your "fiance as partners as an alternative to getting married" which

would appear to derogate the public policy positions of the

Commonwealth regarding marriage in general.
