what to do legally not able to sign documents

freind had aaccident not his fault. insurance company contacted him in 24 hours and had him sign a release form. his wife is his payee and was not involved in this transaction. he is under a phychiatrist care for over 10 years how can he reverse what signed

Hard to say; your friend should have an attorney review the release document which he signed and all the relevant facts surrounding his execution of this release.
