If a massage therapist is accused of sexual misconduct what does the client have to do to win a judgement in Civil Court, and a conviction in criminal court?

In the civil matter, the client/complainant would need to prove his or her claim by a preponderance of the evidence and that the damages claimed are reasonable; in the criminal matter, the Commonwealth would need to prove that the crime charged occurred beyond reasonable doubt and was in fact committed by the massage therapist.
