Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Virginia
I recently had a bad experience at a name brand hotel while attending a workshop...they provide my group with lunch and my lunch was maded with a latex glove in it that I chewed on several times ...didn't realize what it was until I placed it in a napkin...I'm not sure if the glove was new or tainted but the hotel is giving me the run around and now I have found out they fired the worker who prepared the chicken wrap....Do I have a case ?

A case for what, actual damages that apparently did not occur?
If this "name brand hotel" should per chance offer you a free lunch in
atonement for the latex gloved chicken wrap, grab it because that's
about all your claim would likely be worth under these facts (in my view).
