Can an employee be terminated for completing a supervisor test and exams for college while at work because they were forced to.

Should the employee report this to the HR department?

Forced to complete college exams while at work? None of this makes any sense, but, of course, if you're wondering about the termination, in an employment at will jurisdiction such as the Commonwealth, an employee working without the protection of a contract can be fired for showing up at work on a Friday wearing a chartreuse colored shirt.
