A TV repair company will not return my television

My TV was picked up by a the manufacturers certified repair company. They have had my TV for 2 1/2 months and just repaired it. They now will not return the TV when i am home to receive it. Is there any legal action I can take against the company for not returning the TV?

Why don't you just drive over to the company location and pick it up (The fact that I am now having to propound this question to you should give you some clue as to a realistic answer to your last question: AS OF YET, NO!)
