Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Virginia
legal malpractice
can I recover fees from an attorney that did not represent me in court as I had requested. Now I have a real problem on my hands. Also during his representation this attorney referred to me in terms as good lookin', and baby, just to give you some idea as to his idea of a professional relationship.
Can I sue on a contingency fee basis.

Re: legal malpractice
Whether you would have a viable malpractice case against this attorney would require much more information. Nevertheless, it can be stated (I believe) with reasonable certitude that no attorney would agree to take such a case on a contingency fee basis.
