do we have a case?

My 2 year old son had a vcug test performed for kidney reflux. The night of the test he cried for hours. After a diaper change I found a thin piece of plastic wrapped around his penis. Was this from the test and what should we do about it?

What you should do, if you haven't already done so, is query the physician and/or medical personnel who were involved in performing this test to determine whether they might have any information as to the source of this residual penile wrapper and, if so, and they affirm that it was in fact connected with the test, whether their failure to remove it timely could've in any significant way damaged your two year old son.
