Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia
Dental
i had work done on my mouth/teeth 5 years ago and was just recently told by a dentist that because of the poor dental work i would now have to pay A LOT of money to have reconstructive surgery done. Is there anything i can do to the dentist that caused this?

Not sure what you want to do to them, but you will probably not achieve any real relief by way of a lawsuit. Your claim is just too old and stale. However, it is possible, though unlikely, that you might have an attorney negotiate something for you.
