Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia
my dentist recently installed 6 implants, that was sept.2010,been back twice to fit the bridge and will not fit, recently been to another dentist for professional opinion and has been determined that the implants were not put in properly, the dentist that put them in says that he still needs more work to be done so that the new bridge will fit.went to another dentist and he also confirmed that the implants were installed incorrectly,The dentist that done the implants wants to take out the implants and reimburse the money that we paid up front. Is it better to take the dentist offer or hire an attorney to file a lawsuit against the dentist for malpractice

You should consult an attorney in person and then make an informed decision. Good luck.
